Please be sure to register your product if applicable. for your warranty with-in 30-days of purchase.

Pro Source Center, offers a Full 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a Full Refund, when requested within 30 days from the date purchased.

Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories included within. Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number. Once the item is back at the warehouse your refund will be issued.

Full refunds applies to materials only, and excludes Freight charges. Freight charges will not be refunded.

If products were damaged by the customer, Pro Source Center reserves the right to refuse a full refund upon inspection of goods. Please allow up to one week from receipt of your item for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

For items damaged in transit, Pro Source Center. must be contacted within 3 business days from date of customer receipt of item, Pro Source Center will process damage claim with the corresponding Freight company, total contents and packaging are required to be made available for the Freight company to pick up. we will immediately schedule product replacement.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Thank you for your business. This website services the USA only. We offer shipping via UPS and FedEx to the main 48 US states. If an item is returned due to an address being deemed undeliverable by UPS or FedEx, customer will be charged all additional shipping charges incurred as a result. The shipping prices provided for expedited UPS shipping apply to the continental 48 states only and includes all handling charges and insurance. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Please contact us with any questions regarding the shipping rates outside our current areas at 1-800-369-5458. Payments received before 2pm pacific standard time on standard business days will ship out on that day. Items are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, a tracking number will be available as soon as the items leave our warehouse. State law requires us to charge sales tax to Washington & Idaho residents.

Expedited Shipping and Handling Charge

Please understand that the shipping and handling charges do not apply to shipping cost alone. The product carton, packaging, handling and processing are also included in that charge. We Insure every package that leaves our building. We also put all of our products through an extensive five point inspection before shipping. We keep these charges as low as possible.

Pro Source Center recommends using Paypal above other methods. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and debit cards as well as checks. We ship to PayPal confirmed U.S. addresses only.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a US bank, and we ship to verifiable US billing addresses only for credit card purchases. Purchases made from outside the US must be paid for by cashier's check only. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your credit card billing address, please use the customer service number or email to request an "alternate shipping address." We do not ship to an alternate address that is in a different state than the billing address. Credit card purchases must be made during the hours of operation.
