Pro Sloped Pans for Shower Systems

• Prefabricated sloped pan and extension choice eliminates mortar bed, reducing weight and installation time.
• Pan and Extension choice are pre-sloped for optimal drainage.
• All components may be trimmed down to your custom size while maintaining drainage slope
• If even more size is required beyond the choices here, the floor-pan area can be expanded by adding dry-pack mortar where needed and screeding a slope into the "mud" by using a straight edge over the adjoining sloped pan.
• This shower pan may be used with modified or unmodified thin-set waterproofing membranes such as PSC WP, Schluter Kerdi, etc.
• System may use modified thin-set for better adhesion and to help eliminate failure possibilities.
• Package includes one 48" x 48" Shower Pan and size choice of one Extension Kit consisting of four pieces with mitered ends. For your choice of a 48" x 60" or 48" x 72" layout, simply cut off the mitered ends. These are construction forms (not finished product) and were designed to be waterproofed with a polyethylene membrane like Pro WP, etc.
• The surface is textured to help thin-set mortar grip where it is used to adhere waterproof membrane to the pan substrate surfaces.
• The polystyrene structure helps provide heat insulation to the finished tiled surface - tile warms more quickly to hot shower water.
